Course overview

Most people who are living with dementia still live in and are active in our communities.

They want to maintain their independence for as long as possible, go to the grocery store, the bank, go out to eat etc. although at times challenging, they have the power to do all this, they just need a little help, that’s where we come in.

In a series of five informative sessions, Dementia Friendly Ambassador will show you as an employer or colleague can support someone living with dementia through your role within the community.
